Ingredients

  • 180 g butter
  • 180 g dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g sugar
  • 75 g coconut powder
  • 150 g flour
  • 40 g cocoa
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Grease a rectangular baking pan: I used a 20x30 cm one, which I highly recommend!

  2. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter together over low heat.

  3. While the chocolate and butter are melting, beat the eggs with the sugar and coconut until the mixture is fluffy.

  4. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180°C in conventional mode, so it’ll be ready by the time we finish preparing the dough!

  5. To the beaten eggs, fold in the sifted flour mixed with cocoa powder and mix the mixture well: keep an eye on the chocolate and turn off the heat when it’s melted and completely liquid!

  6. While continuing to stir, add the melted chocolate and mix well.

  7. Pour the mixture into the pan, and if the oven is preheated, bake for 30–35 minutes.

  8. Once it’s cooked, let it cool completely and cut it into small squares: Enjoy your meal!
