Ingredients

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon wedge

Directions

  1. Peel the lemon and the orange.

  2. Cut the lemon into wedges and set one aside for this recipe.

  3. Peel the 3 carrots.

  4. Add the 3 ingredients one at a time to the juicer and mix the resulting juice well.

  5. In just a few steps, it’s ready to enjoy! I prefer it chilled, so I let it sit in the fridge for 15 minutes before drinking it.

Today’s recipe is an ACE smoothie—a tasty and healthy way for both kids and adults to enjoy a good serving of fruit during snack time, in a slightly different way than usual. With just 3 ingredients and a blender, you’re all set!

Here’s this week’s new feature: the video recipe! This first video includes two recipes: the thirst-quenching smoothie and the ACE smoothie. From now on, making these recipes will be even easier.

As for juicers, I recommend this one—I’ve tried it and really liked it:

As I’ve already told you, I use the Kenwood stand mixer attachment even though it’s a bit of a hassle to clean.
