Ciambelline

Ciambelline These ciambelline are quick to make and very light since they aren’t fried but baked in the special pan my friends gave me a couple of Christmases ago :) Thanks to them, I started experimenting with various recipes and ended up with the one I’m sharing with you today :) This time, I didn’t glaze them or cover them in chocolate, but I’ll be posting those versions soon as well.
Cookies Made with a Cookie Press

Whipped Shortbread Cookies

I’d been wanting to try the cookie press for a while, and I finally got the chance. While browsing the web, I came across this fantastic recipe—you should try it, too! Your cookies will be gone in no time—they’re that good! If you don’t have a cookie press, you can use a regular pastry bag to create different shapes. If you’re using a cookie press, it’s very important NOT to butter the baking sheet and NOT to line it with parchment paper; otherwise, the cookies won’t come off the cookie press.

Apple Cake

There are countless versions of apple cake; this is the one I’ve been making lately, and I have to say the result is both very appetizing and light. It’s packed with apples—just the way I like it! A tip: it’s best to use very ripe yellow apples, because the cake turns out even tastier and more flavorful!

Oatmeal and White Chocolate Cookies

These oatmeal and white chocolate cookies are great for both a snack and breakfast, and they’re a favorite among many of my friends. I’ve tried making them with many different brands of oats, but the one I found works best is the kind used for porridge; I use the Quaker brand shown in the photo below.
