Ingredients
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 120 g flour
- 8 g yeast
- 40 ml milk
- Nutella, to taste
Directions
First, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

At this point, add the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder and whisk everything together.

Finally, slowly pour in the 40 ml of milk and continue beating the mixture for about 10 minutes.
Pour the batter into a large baking dish or onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 220° for 6 minutes.

As soon as it comes out of the oven, cover the roll with a dish towel or a sheet of parchment paper and roll it up.

Once cooled, gently peel it off the parchment paper using a knife and spread a generous amount of Nutella on the roll.

Roll the dough up and seal it tightly by wrapping it in parchment paper.

Before serving, dust the roll with powdered sugar.
