Christmas is approaching, and desserts, chocolate, and cocoa are flowing like water. We’re here to “help” by adding fuel to the fire: marbled brownies are a great recipe to bring to pre-Christmas dinners if you’re tired of the usual panetùn or pandoro!
The recipe serves 8–12 people and is very easy to follow.
We couldn’t leave out the classic recipe par excellence: coffee tiramisu!
I even managed to get my boyfriend—who doesn’t like coffee—to eat it. Unbelievable!
If you’re not crazy about coffee either, why not try my two variations—strawberry (RECIPE HERE) and pineapple (LINK)!
This week I was really torn about which recipe to share, but given the drop in temperatures, I decided on soft chocolate chip cookies.
I know, “ARE YOU CRAZY? Turning on the oven in the summer?” you might say! But if you think about it: we make them in the evening, turn on the oven for just under 30 minutes, then hop into a lovely, refreshing shower—what’s the harm? Isn’t it more satisfying to step out of the shower feeling so refreshed…? :D
Hi, everyone!
One evening I wanted to bake a cake, but it was too late for the nearby supermarkets to be open, so I had to make do with what I had at home (I know, going without eggs—how do you even do that! :D).
Anyway, I have to say that the experiment was a HUGE SUCCESS—otherwise, I obviously wouldn’t even be sharing it with you! :D
A delicious plum cake—but if you don’t like chocolate, you can try the other recipes on the site by clicking HERE.
Here’s another recipe—for chocolate salami—that’s very simple, fun, and super quick to make; in fact, it’ll only take us 30 minutes!
Plus, you don’t need any tools—it’s all done by hand!

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be collaborating with them to teach children the importance of good nutrition through recipes inspired by the seasons and, above all, by the colors of life.
Hi, everyone!!
Today I’m sharing a no-bake recipe to break up the monotony of baking… yes, even though it’s cold, especially here in Milan!
My chocolate pudding recipe will amaze you because the result is a thick mixture with a rich, well-balanced flavor of cocoa and chocolate.
The marbled ciambellone is very easy to make: just a few bowls, a little elbow grease, and you’ll wake up much happier for the next few days because you’ll have a delicious cake to enjoy with your tea, milk, or water! By the way, did you know that drinking a glass of water in the morning is really good for you?
Anyway, without wasting any more time, put on your aprons and preheat your ovens—let’s get started!
Bread cakes are a great way to use up stale bread, which often piles up in our kitchens. Recipes often come about this way—to avoid throwing away food we find in our kitchens and because we don’t have the right ingredients to make recipes we already know.
Bread Cakes
This is a twist on the most famous traditional village cake, and that’s how, with just a few ingredients found in the pantry, the cake is ready. A great dessert for an afternoon treat or a midday snack.
