Strawberry Tiramisu
Strawberry tiramisu is a fresh and original dessert that makes us feel like spring has truly arrived!! :D
Here’s a quick and easy recipe for making it :)
Enjoy your meal!! :D

Wash the strawberries, setting aside a couple of nice ones for garnish, and cut the rest into small pieces. Let them sit in a bowl with 80 g of sugar and the juice of one lemon.

After 15 minutes, place the strawberries in a blender and add a little water—just enough so they blend well.

Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and boil for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool.

Now let’s move on to making the cream.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites, beat the yolks with the sugar until light and fluffy, and fold in the mascarpone.

Finally, quickly but gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites using upward folding motions. Place the cream in the refrigerator to chill.
Now it’s time to assemble our tiramisu.

Spread a little cream on the bottom of the baking dish and begin arranging the first layer of ladyfingers soaked in strawberry syrup.

Next, spread a layer of mascarpone cream, then continue alternating layers of cream and ladyfingers until the dish is filled to the top.

The last layer should be cream.
For the final decoration, I chopped up some dark chocolate and arranged the 3 strawberries I had set aside earlier in the center and in one corner.
Let the tiramisu chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
