Ingredients

  • 10 cookies
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 240 g goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • raspberries for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C in conventional mode so it’s ready by the time we finish the preparation phase.

  2. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool.

  3. While it’s melting, crumble the cookies and, using small pieces of parchment paper, place them on the bottom of a muffin pan.

  4. In a bowl, mix the goat cheese and powdered sugar with a fork or an electric mixer.

  5. Combine the beaten egg and melted chocolate, stirring with a spatula.

  6. Fill the ramekins with the cheese cream and bake for 20 minutes.

  7. Before putting them in the fridge, let them cool to room temperature, then let them chill for at least an hour before eating.

With this heat, getting into the kitchen is quite a challenge, I know! I assure you, though, that once you’ve made them, let them cool, and tasted them, these goat cheese and white chocolate tartlets will be well worth the effort!

It’s a very easy recipe to follow, but the results are guaranteed!

Give it a try and let me know how they turn out!

For best results, I recommend decorating the cupcakes with some raspberries ;).
