Today I’d like to share a recipe I can’t live without: soft-centered cupcakes! They take just a few minutes to prepare and bake, and they really make a great impression!! I usually make them ahead of time and store them raw in the fridge until it’s time for dessert….with just 10 minutes of baking, you get a warm, creamy treat. You can make them with dark or milk chocolate, depending on your personal preference. I prefer them with milk and serve them with strawberry purée or a scoop of fiordilatte or vanilla ice cream…and you, how do you like them?

Soft-Centered Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 80 g butter
- 160 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 25 g Type 00 flour
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- powdered sugar
Directions
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the butter, then let it cool.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for a few minutes until the mixture is light, fluffy, and creamy.

Add the chocolate to the eggs and mix well.

Finally, fold in the sifted flour.

Grease a muffin pan and dust it with unsweetened cocoa powder.

Then pour the cupcake batter into the mold until it is filled to just over halfway.

Bake the tartlets at 200° C for about 10 minutes, being careful not to overcook them so that the center remains creamy. Serve warm :)
